How long does my order take?
Every item is printed to order. Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped via USPS or held for local pickup.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order at Data.sys, Inc. (KillerDye), 1214 Common Street, Lake Charles. We will email or text you when it is ready. Pickup hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 4:00 and Friday 9:00 to noon.
How do I care for my printed shirt?
Turn it inside out and wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron inside out and skip the bleach. With proper care, direct-to-garment prints last as long as screen printing.
